Bilge pump
The name of the pump means that the bilge is the lowest compartment of the ship, and very little water is collected in this area.
The pump is used in underground construction and shipbuilding. It is optimized to remove large quantities of items.
The pump types most commonly used as bilge pumps are tubular casing pumps with a flow rate of 3000 to 30,000 m3/h (for example, mixed flow pumps), and many large volute pumps with a flow rate of 30,000 to 50,000 m3/h. Used for the construction and repair of supertanker docks.
